Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months at a 10% discount. Bronze is $1,620 per year ($135/month equivalent), Silver is $3,672 per year ($306/month equivalent), and Gold is $7,020 per year ($585/month equivalent).

Annual billing changes how you pay, not the monthly page allowance. Bronze receives 1,000 subscription pages per monthly page cycle, Silver receives 2,500, and Gold receives 5,000. Unused subscription pages expire at the end of each monthly page cycle. Annual plans do not provide one large 12-month page bucket.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle, and annual subscriptions automatically renew for another 12-month term, unless you cancel.

No. The 100 pages included with the Free Plan do not expire.

Monthly plans are rolling monthly subscriptions. Annual plans are prepaid for a 12-month term at a 10% discount. Review the cancellation terms for the billing option you choose.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel at least one working day before that cycle begins. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access to your paid-plan features and available page balance until then, and partial refunds are not issued for unused time in the current billing period.

You can cancel during the 12-month term. Refunds are calculated based on whole future months that have not yet started. If part of a month has already begun, that month is treated as used and is not refunded. For example, if you cancel after 3.5 months, 4 months have started and the remaining 8 months are refundable. Eligible refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your current month's page allowance remains available until the end of that month; any unused subscription pages then expire. Your account and retained data remain accessible after the paid subscription ends, while Free Plan pages and top-up pages remain non-expiring.

A monthly-to-monthly upgrade takes effect immediately without changing your billing-cycle date. You pay the prorated difference between the higher and lower monthly prices for the days remaining in the current calendar month. You also receive the higher plan's incremental monthly page allowance, prorated for those remaining days and rounded up to the next whole page; pages already in your balance remain available. A monthly-to-monthly downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current cycle, and you can continue using your current plan and its available pages until that cycle ends.

For an annual-to-annual upgrade, your annual renewal date stays the same. The higher plan takes effect immediately, and its incremental monthly page allowance is prorated for the days remaining in the current calendar month, rounded up, and added to your existing balance. We credit the unused value of your current annual plan against the discounted cost of the higher plan for the remainder of the existing annual term, and charge the difference. For an annual-to-annual downgrade, you keep your current plan and page allowance through the current monthly page-use cycle, and the lower plan starts with the next cycle. Your annual renewal date stays the same, and we refund the difference in discounted plan value for the whole remaining months that have not yet started. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days; the current month is not refunded.

The switch takes effect immediately, whether you choose the same plan tier or a different one. A new 12-month annual term and a new monthly page-use cycle begin on the switch date, and you receive the new annual plan's full monthly page allowance immediately. We credit the unused value of your prior monthly plan - calculated as the percentage of its monthly page allowance still unused multiplied by its monthly price - against the new annual price. Your remaining monthly-plan pages are not carried over separately because their value is included in that credit. Your next monthly page allocation is one month from the switch date, and your annual renewal is one year from that date.

The switch is scheduled for the start of your next monthly page-use cycle, whether you choose the same plan tier or a different one. Until then, you keep your current annual plan and can use its available page allowance. We refund the discounted annual-plan fees attributable to each whole remaining month of the annual term that has not yet started, within 10 business days of your request. The new monthly price and page allowance begin at the start of the next monthly page-use cycle.

If a renewal payment fails, new subscription page credits are not added. Your account remains accessible. Stripe may automatically retry the payment. If payment later succeeds, the corresponding subscription credits can then be added. Any remaining subscription pages from the prior billing cycle expire at the end of that cycle; Free Plan pages and top-up pages do not expire.

The upgrade does not take effect, and the higher-plan page allocation is not added.

Top-up credits are not added because the purchase did not succeed.

Yes. You can begin with the Free Plan and move to Bronze, Silver, or Gold later.
