Notice at Collection of Personal Information

This Notice at Collection is provided by Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to California residents at sign-up for FigureIQ, the point at which we first collect Personal Information directly from you. It summarizes our information practices as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and its implementing regulations ("CCPA").

This Notice is a short-form summary. It does not replace, and should be read together with, our full CCPA Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy, which describe our information practices, and your rights as a California resident, in full. This Notice, the CCPA Privacy Notice, and the Privacy Policy are available at https://app.figureiq.ai/sign-up, https://figureiq.ai/ccpa-notice and https://figureiq.ai/privacy respectively, and a link to each is also provided at sign-up.

The Company's provision of this Notice, and of CCPA-aligned rights and practices generally, is voluntary: as explained in the "Applicability of the CCPA" section of the CCPA Privacy Notice, the Company does not currently meet the CCPA's applicability thresholds. The Company nonetheless provides this Notice as a matter of good practice and transparency.

The categories, purposes, and retention periods below reflect only what is collected directly from a Subscriber or Authorized User during sign-up. They deliberately exclude document content, Extracted Data, and other information collected once the Services are in use, since that information is not collected directly from you at sign-up and is addressed in the CCPA Privacy Notice. Fuller detail on all categories is in the CCPA Privacy Notice.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect at Sign-Up

The table below describes the categories of Personal Information we collect directly from you when you sign up for FigureIQ, the purpose of collecting each category, whether it is sold or shared, and how long we retain it.

A narrow set of records - historical purchase records, historical credit (page) usage data, email correspondence with the Company, and current or historical support tickets - is retained after account closure for audit purposes and to inform product improvement, as described in the "Retention of Personal Information" section of our CCPA Privacy Notice.

Advertising and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google's Display Network, Taboola, Inc., and Outbrain Inc. to measure and deliver advertising on our website, including pages you may visit before or during sign-up. These technologies may allow Google LLC, Taboola, Inc., and Outbrain Inc. to collect certain Identifiers and Internet or other electronic network activity information (and Inferences derived from that information) for their own advertising and analytics purposes. We treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information under the CCPA, regardless of whether we receive monetary payment.

You may opt out using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the website footer, or by activating a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control, which we honor. For more detail, see the "Sale or Sharing of Personal Information" and "Categories of Personal Information Sold or Shared" sections of our CCPA Privacy Notice.

We also use PostHog Inc. for product analytics, web analytics, and session replay (masked recordings of website and Platform sessions, which exclude pages that display document content) to understand and improve our website and Services. Unlike the technologies described above, PostHog acts solely as our own analytics service provider under a signed data processing agreement, and we do not treat this use as a sale or sharing of Personal Information. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information as part of the sign-up process described in this Notice. Sensitive Personal Information may later be processed in connection with your use of the Services - for example, if contained within documents you or your organisation upload - only for purposes permitted under the CCPA, as described in our CCPA Privacy Notice, and no additional opt-out is required for that permitted use.

Your Rights

As a California resident, you may have rights to know and access, delete, correct, opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information, receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights, and request portability of your Personal Information.
