Deletion requests are fulfilled after we verify your identity. Submitting the form does not instantly erase analytics vendor data; where we can link a logged-in account we remove related records as part of fulfillment. Use Cookie preferences or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to stop future sale/sharing and advertising cookies.

Verification of requests

We verify privacy requests in accordance with the CCPA. What we need may vary with the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information involved. We use anything you provide for verification only to verify and respond to your request. If we cannot verify a request we may deny it, and will explain why to the extent the law requires.

Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request for you. We may require proof of authorisation, and may ask you to verify your identity with us directly or confirm that the agent has your permission.

Requests about documents uploaded by a business

Where your information reached us inside documents uploaded by one of our subscribers - for example your accountant - that subscriber controls the data and we act on their behalf. We may refer your request to them, or ask you to submit it to them directly.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
